All material and workmanship is warranted for a period
of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by but not limited to
abuse, neglect, vandalism, war, and other acts of nature. In no event shall Holabird Metal Products be liable for incidental
and consequential or special damages, which may arise in connection with such products or other expenses, which may arise
in connection with such products or parts.
Holabird Metal Products obligation under this warranty is limited to the
repair or replacement of any part covered under this warranty found to be defective upon inspection by a representative of
Holabird Metal Products.

ALUMINUM PRODUCTS:
The finish on your new aluminum
product is a powder coated finish. This finish will, under normal conditions, lasts a long time, but it will scratch or chip
if hit hard, however; the material will never rust. If chips or scratches occur, they can be touched up with an oil based
paint to match color. Occasional hosing off of dirt will help keep your new aluminum product looking new. However, periodically
you may need to use a non-abrasive soap, such as dish soap. It is recommended that once a year you check grouted areas around
post for any holes. Any holes should be filled with non-shrink grout. Also, any hinged or moving parts should be oiled yearly.
STEEL
PRODUCTS:
The finish on your new steel product is a painted finish. This finish will require regular maintenance. It
is recommended that you repaint this product on a yearly basis. This will help protect against rust and keep your product
looking new. Once a year check all grouted areas around post for any holes. Any holes should be filled with non-shrink grout.
Any hinged or moving parts should be oiled yearly.
CELLAR HATCHES:
Your new basement door is designed to keep out
normal rain and storms. These are an excellent way to secure your basement. The finish on your new steel product is a painted
finish. This finish will require regular maintenance. It is recommended that you repaint this product on a yearly basis.
This will help protect against rust and keep your product looking new. It is also recommended you oil all hinges and moving
parts on a yearly basis to help doors in ease of opening. Movement from changing weather conditions could crack chaulking.
Check all caulking joints, in the Spring and Fall, for cracks, and repair as needed.
